System Three Resins does not make surface coatings designed for concrete. There are a number of big box stores that specialize in concrete coatings and should be considered first.
Alternatively, System Three epoxy adhesives such as MetlWeld and GelMagic can be used for filling dings and chips, but is not best for cracks. Movement is likely to occur and could result in the epoxy breaking free. Cracks are best filled with an elastomeric adhesive made for concrete applications.
Under wet circumstances such as pools and fountains, the Submarine Underwater Epoxy is a great option to consider. Submarine is a general-purpose patching compound that bonds easily to substrates in less than ideal conditions where it is not possible to dry the substrate.
