What is the roll-and-tip method of resin application?

Much like in paints, the roll-and-tip method is useful in removing bubbles when applying epoxy over a fully sealed substrate. When using a roller to apply epoxy, stubborn bubbles can be popped by lightly dragging a natural bristle, disposable brush over the surface of the epoxy.
